3K200g twill carbon fiber fabric is a high-end composite material substrate designed for high-performance application scenarios. It is made of high-strength 3K carbon fiber filaments precisely woven from Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. (a leading company in China's carbon fiber industry). Its unique twill weaving process gives the fabric excellent mechanical properties and beautiful three-dimensional texture, while achieving a perfect balance of strength and weight with a lightweight weight of 200g/m2. Whether used as a surface decorative layer or a structural reinforcement layer, it can significantly improve the overall performance of the product.

Using T700-grade and above high-modulus carbon fiber tows (3K specifications, i.e., a single bundle contains 3,000 fibers) independently developed by Zhongfu Shenying, with a tensile strength of more than 4,900 MPa and a modulus of 230 GPa, ensuring that the fabric has excellent tensile, impact and fatigue resistance, and can replace traditional metal materials to achieve lightweight design.

The twill weaving structure (2×2 or 4HS, etc.) makes the fabric surface present a signature 45° staggered texture, which combines flatness and flexibility. The weaving density is uniform and controllable, reducing the porosity during resin infiltration and improving the consistency of the finished composite material.
