T700 400gsm 0°/90° biaxial fabric has the following characteristics:


- High strength and high modulus: T700 carbon fiber itself has a high tensile strength, generally up to about 4900MPa. The fabric made of it has excellent strength and can meet the needs of scenes with high strength and stiffness requirements, such as aerospace, high-end sports equipment and other fields.

- Good dimensional stability: The yarn arrangement in the 0° and 90° directions makes the fabric more evenly stressed in both the warp and weft directions, less prone to deformation, and can maintain good dimensional accuracy and stability, which is especially important for some parts with strict shape and size requirements.

- Excellent tear resistance: This biaxial structure, the yarns are interwoven and bound with each other. When subjected to external force, the force can be more evenly dispersed in all directions, thereby improving the fabric's tear resistance and reducing the risk of tearing due to excessive local force.

- Good interlayer performance: The warp knitted yarn tightly combines the yarn layers in different directions, enhancing the friction and bonding force between the yarns, improving the interlayer shear strength of the fabric, and enabling the yarns of each layer to work better together and jointly withstand external forces, thereby improving the overall performance of the fabric.

- Higher density and texture: The surface density is 400gsm, which is relatively high. The fabric is thicker, has a better texture, has a certain degree of stiffness and three-dimensional sense, and can be used to make some products that need to reflect texture and durability.

- Good processing performance: The fabric has good flexibility and operability, and can be made into products of various shapes and sizes through cutting, sewing and other processing methods to meet different application needs.
