Product Properties

30s 1-ply meta-aramid yarn has the following characteristics:

1. Physical properties:

- Tight fiber structure: This makes the textiles made of it have excellent flatness and smoothness, and the appearance texture is good.

- Lightweight: The density of meta-aramid itself is relatively small, and the weight of 30s 1-ply yarn is also light, which will not bring too much burden to the finished product during use, and is convenient for processing and use.

2. Mechanical properties:

- High strength: meta-aramid has a high breaking strength, and 30s 1-ply yarn also has good tensile properties, can withstand large tensile forces, and can be used in scenes with high strength requirements.

- Good flexibility: Although it has high strength, meta-aramid yarn also has a certain flexibility, is not easy to break during processing and use, and can adapt to a certain degree of bending and deformation.

3. Chemical properties:

- Good chemical stability: It can resist various chemical corrosion and oxidation, has good acid and alkali resistance, can still maintain good performance in harsh chemical environments, and is not easy to deteriorate after long-term use.

- Excellent flame retardancy: The limiting oxygen index of meta-aramid is greater than 28, which is a flame-retardant fiber. It will not continue to burn when leaving the flame, and its flame retardant properties will not be reduced or lost due to the use time and the number of washings.

4. Thermal properties:

- High temperature resistance: It can be used continuously at 205℃, and can still maintain high strength under high temperature conditions greater than 205℃. It will not shrink, brittle, soften or melt even if exposed to 300℃ for a short time.

- Good thermal stability: In high temperature environment, its performance remains stable, the size changes little, and it is not easy to be affected by temperature changes.
